Reviews of local pros in Ionia, New York

Upstate Power Systems is a first class company. Scott came out gave us a quote and lived up to every expectation from start to finish and then some. I highly recommend this company.

Scott and his team did an excellent job. Very detailed and customer focused company. We were very pleased with Upstate Power Systems.

It was great to do business with Scott easy going ,very knowledgeable and he gives a full explanation of his product, the choices you have ,and the price points. No pressure. I would recommend Upstate Power Systems.

Highly satisfied with the installation of my new Generac home generator. Everyone on the job was very professional and easy to work with. If you are interested in a home generator, this id the company to call.

Scott was very helpful in providing service regarding the installation of a new generac generator. Easy going guy who knows his stuff. He comes highly recommended.

Scott came out to do yearly maintenance on my generator today. He was there when he said, and very curteous, and polite. His prices are great, and he even cleaned up the outside of the generator when he was done.

Scott texted me to tell me he was on his way, he was here early and did a fantastic job.
Very informative, told me of possible issues I may have , like battery health . Didn’t try to sell me anything, did the maintenance on the generator and was meticulous about his work. Generator looked better when he left then when he arrived. He cleaned the entire unit, inside and out side.
Upon entering my house he was respectful of my hardwood floors and made sure his feet were not going to damage floors. He went thru the electrical system and checked all connections to assure proper operation.
Very highly recommended.

Scott and crew are amazing - the installation was the smooth and easy. I highly recommend Upstate Power Systems for your generator needs. THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scott was great to work with from the quoting process to the completion of the installation of my 22 Kw Generator. His amazing team completed the installation in approximately 6 hours. I highly recommend Upstate Power Systems!

Scott and his associates were very professional and thorough when installing my new whole house Generac system.
They covered all aspects of the necessary work. I was at home during the installation process and was notified as the natural gas and electrical phases took place.
When the trial transition from NYSEG power to Generac power took place, I was notified in order to prepare for that in advance, IE: computer backup, etc.
When the work was completed, everything was cleaned up to its original status or better.
Also, upon completion, I was walked through all of the necessary information to monitor and control the system from either on site or remotely by cell phone.
I would recommend Upstate Power Systems to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and competent company. Thanks, Scott and associates!

Had my new generator installed by Scott and his crew. Professional, on time and no delays.
I would only recommend them for all your generac generator needs.

I would highly recommend Upstate Power Systems! I had two other companies here to fix our Generac Generator and they both said we needed a new generator which would cost over $8000. Upstate Power Services came and was able to fix our old generator for less than $1000. Scott did tests to find the problem and get the generator running! He knows his business and will do all he can to fix you generator! If he cannot, his cost for a new generator is less than a lot of companies! Thank you Scott!

My electrician recommended Upstate Power, so I called and was very pleased that Scott called me right back and came out the very next day. He got my generator working again for a very fair price. I'm very pleased and highly recommend.

We were very pleased with Scott and his crew. They were very professional, efficient and pleasant to have in our home. After doing some price checks ,we were pleased with his price. We highly recommend Upstate Power Systems.

Scott and his team did a fantastic job.Arrived on time, did all he promised to do. If your looking for great service, he's your guy.

Scott provides a very thorough service at a fair price. He came to my home in Mendon on a wickedly cold day two weeks ago to service my generator and did a great job in a timely fashion despite the frigid temps. He found some issues that had to be addressed. He came back the following week to correct some wiring that had been done incorrectly by a previous company that I won't name but would like to. Grrrrr. That second job required a great deal of diagnostics on Scott's part but he eventually got to the bottom of it and now my generator is running perfectly. Power outage?? Bring it on!!! Scott is honest, diligent and delivers very reliable workmanship. I highly recommend Upstate Power Systems to anyone. Thanks again Scott !!!

We lost power last December just long enough to break a hot water baseboard run on the top level of our home that led to disasterous flooding on the lower two floors. Beyond the repairs, we knew it was time to get a generator to help prevent this again. Scott Forte came recommended to us by a friend and he was absolutely the best to work with. He helped us navigate the right generator choice for our home, proper spot for placement, upgrades to our electrical infrastructure and gas meter, did all the leg work with NYSEG and local permits. Everything! His team was professional and made it look like they were never here. Can't say enough good things about him and his service. You won't be disappointed!!

Shopped for generator's and found Upstate Power Systems and Scott Forte. He thoroughly inspected the jobsite and what was needed to complete the job according to our needs. We are incredibly satisfied with the job (and price) Scott did for us.

Scott was timely in his response to my inquiry, his installation crew were very friendly and professional, and the product was priced competitively. Install took approximately 6 hours, Scott answered all my questions, provided excellent training, and his crew left the worksite better than they found it. Highly recommended!

From start to finish, from the initial quote and to the final install, Scott Forte and his team exceeded my expectations. After the install a full test was run and our new 24kW generator was quietly humming along and powering up the entire home. However on the mobil link application there was an error that posted indicating a false state. Scott stayed a couple hours over and worked with GENERAC support to troubleshoot. He replaced the WiFi card but the error persisted. He finally resolved the error by replacing a controller board. He wouldn't quit until everything was working perfectly. Excellent service - kudos to Scott and his team for a job well done.

Scott Forte came to our home and serviced our Generac generator. He arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. Scott spent time with me to get my Mobile Link app on my phone. He took the time to explain everything to me and answered my questions. We are pleased with the product and the service we received from Scott Forte. Highly recommend Upstate Power Systems.
