Would not recommend this lawn care company at all. We’re on the 6th mow of the season and my yard still looks terrible. Every time they leave, the yard is covered in wet grass clumps and looks sloppy. Not once did they offer to bag the clippings or even do a second pass to clean it up until I finally called and complained. It should not take SIX visits for a yard to still look this bad. Ive addressed missed areas several times for them just to keep re getting missed. Takes them 15-20 min to mow at most which would be fine if my yard was done properly and correctly but it never was. I would have to clean up after they left Everytime.

What’s even worse is the owner would rather argue and get defensive than actually address the poor quality of work. Instead of listening to customer concerns and feedback, he comes off pushy and argumentative.

They also constantly show up at the worst possible times, even during downpours, which just makes the mess even worse. Beware, especially if you’re a younger couple or women dealing with this company alone — the communication style can feel very aggressive and uncomfortable.

For the money being charged, the service and professionalism are nowhere near acceptable. Save yourself the headache.
