I've been using Green Duster for my home cleaning service needs for about 4 years and I couldn't be happier! I'm an Airbnb host, so it's really important that the service I use provides not only the highest level of professional cleaning, but also the extra attention to detail that makes my home 'guest-ready'. Ursula and her team always provides the best service – they're professional, efficient, trustworthy, reliable, and personal – and I wouldn't even think of relying on anyone else to care for my home!

We were blown away by the work that Ursula and her team did in our new apartment. We brought them in to do a deep clean prior to moving in. Ursula did a thorough walkthrough to make sure we were on the same page about everything that needed to be done. When cleaning day came, she and her crew stayed much longer than expected to address the layers of grease in the kitchen that had built up over the years. By the end of the day, the apartment looked newly renovated. Beyond the work itself, Ursula is an expert communicator- always keeping us in the loop about what’s going on, changes to the scope as they arise, and offering tips on how to maintain after they’re done. We hired Ursula and her team specifically for a Post Construction/Renovation Deep Clean and we were assured that the company had extensive experience doing such cleaning. Though Ursula and her team were responsive and timely in their work, we were ultimately unsatisfied with the cleaning that was done, especially since we paid a WHOPPING $600 for the cleaning - which was the very high end of the quote we received though Ursula was not really able to provide an adequate explanation as to why we ended up at the highest end, especially since our space was entirely unfurnished, free of clutter, and our contractor had done an initial clean. When my wife highlighted to Ursula some of the areas that fell short, she was a bit defensive and passive aggressive in her handling of the situation. For example, she mentioned that the house was going to get dusty/dirty again when our movers came in, though such a fact is irrelevant to the service we paid for. Nonetheless, she ultimately did re attempt to touch up the areas in question but the interaction left us feeling awkward. In the end, many of the things we had paid for (such as light switch cleaning, interior bathroom Vanity dusting/wipe down, etc.) were left unfinished and other stains/marks that Ursula and her team claimed were difficult/impossible to remove were ultimately removed by us with no specialized tools or cleaners. It was upsetting to be left to clean to get our place to the state we wanted while we were exhausted after a long move, especially for the price tag we paid.

I would recommend Ursula and her team for normal cleaning services and would likely have had a positive experience as the cleaning would have been adequate for a routine service. However, if you are seeking specialized Post Renovation Cleaning, I highly recommend you look elsewhere.
