Can’t recommend Couch Cleaning Queens enough! We had our couch cleaned and it looks and smells great. I texted the number on their website and received a reply immediately from Daniel. He answered all of my questions and we had an appointment scheduled within about 30 minutes - it was seamless! Eric, who cleaned our couch, was on time, professional and had great attention to detail. We have a dog so our couch smelled and had a ton of dog hair - Eric was able to get it back in great shape! 11/10 service.

I initially was impressed by the attentiveness when booking this service. However, an emergency medical situation came up with my mother and I was unable to keep our appointment. When I messaged the company, the response was “you will be charged the cancellation fee”. I understand there are policies and rules when it comes to running a business but customer service and taking the time to understand the situation in order to work with your client also matters. Life is not always black and white. We had no intention of cancelling and were willing to reschedule in advance but this response and immediate charge of a cancellation fee is off putting.

I received a super quick response from Dan and he got to my place first thing in the morning, right on time. He did a great job after my dog threw up on my couch, was super courteous and very clean, tidying up after himself. Great job and would definitely use again or recommend.

Amazing service! Booked my appointment after an online consultation. That saved me so much time an energy. The cleaner was prompt, friendly and professional. Worried about having anyone in my home but he took all the necessary precautions. Furniture was five years old but looked like new when he was finished. I liked that this company uses organic cleaning products, no chemicals! I would definitely recommend.

So easy to make the appointment and pricing was totally transparent. The technician really took his time and im loving how my rug and couch look and smell!

I reached out on Dec 22 for an inquiry and almost immediately they responded back. Super responsive and the best part, they were able to squeeze me in on Christmas Eve. My appointment time was a window between 8-9:30 and they arrived a few minutes after 8am! The service I booked was to clean my couch and arm chair. I have a 3 year old, so, you can imagine what was on there. I was shocked at how they turned out- like new! The best compliment I received was on Christmas Day when my sister asked if I bought a new couch!! In all, extremely responsive, on time, great service and my furniture looks like new!!! I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future!!

Working with NY Carpet was easy start to finish. Our cleaner was punctual, professional, and did a great job. The layer of dirt is gone and my chair is white again!

I had a great experience with the cleaning company and the price was reasonable. Unfortunately, my carpet was damaged by the dog and the stain was pretty bad. They took their time and throughly cleaned the whole carpet. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

This was my first time and I will be a repeat customer. The tech arrived on time, all my questions were answered very quickly and courteously. They are top knotch professionals! Cleaned my couches, chairs and carpet on the stairs. This was done last week and they still smell so lovely. Very highly pleased and will recommend.

I feel very sad that I have to write this review, but I’m doing it to raise awareness and keep others safe. People’s homes are very special, and harassment and threats to people’s livelihoods should never be tolerated. As you read this review, please be mindful of who you’re allowing into your home and avoid people like this so that what happened to me and my partner doesn’t happen to you. It may not seem like a big deal, but I want to protect our community and ensure that no one else has to experience what we did with a shady company like this one.

My partner booked a cleaning service with this company two days ago. The gentleman who came did an 8/10 job. On top of that, when my partner was about to pay, she asked the gentleman for change, which he didn’t have, and he demanded a tip. After she shared her opinion about the matter online, the harassment began. They demanded that we take the review down, started looking into our background, and threatened to contact our jobs with false information. It wasn’t just from one number—it was several. If you block them, they text you from another one.

Again, you might not experience this, and it might not even happen to you. But if you care about your home, want top-of-the-line service, and certainly don’t want to deal with online harassment and threats to your livelihood, this company is not the one to go with. I will not be taking this review down because I want others to see how they operate so that this doesn’t happen to you. Stay safe, and I will continue to update this review with further screenshots of the harassment we receive from this company. No one should experience this—we just wanted a clean couch.

Moral of the story: go with someone else

Update 1: I’m not the competitor, if google reaches out to me I’ll more then happy to give them proof of scheduling there service along with video of entering the building. 😁 Now, we’re getting constant random calls.
