Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Waited two weeks being strung along to have the owner come out to review and hopefully repair two HVAC units, and he kept telling us he would come and then would never show up. When I followed up after his last missed appointment, he said I could look somewhere else, and joked about my wasted time and said that he wouldn't be pressured. Two weeks of waiting is too much pressure for this guy - total joke. And now we have people coming over this weekend and will not have sufficient cooling thanks to this poor service.

One star, and that's being generous. The service was abysmal, with the technician showing up late after initially promising a specific time slot. They claimed they had another client who couldn't make it, but then disappeared on me without offering an alternative. When I asked for a fixed appointment time, I was told I hadn't paid them anything and should look for another service provider. This business clearly operates on a punctuality-by-the-hour basis, with no regard for customers' needs or expectations.

My old steam radiator finally gave up the ghost - North Pole HVAC swooped in and swapped it with a new, smaller unit that's much more efficient.

Excellent service delivered by highly skilled professionals, exceeding my expectations, I'm extremely pleased.
