Our first experience with Unique General Construction was a few years ago when our roof was falling apart. Even on a very windy October day, the crew worked nonstop until the job was completely finished. They were professional, reliable, honest, and hardworking.

Because we were so pleased, we hired them again to renovate our basement and later to fix the boards on our fire escape. Each time, the work was excellent — and their fees are very reasonable. In the future we plan to redo our bathroom and we will absolutely choose Unique Construction again. Highly recommended!

Haseeb from Chand Construction fully renovated our entire exteriors (brickface, stucco, roofs, gutters, leaders, brick + granite stairs, demo, etc) and did an amazing job. The quote estimate was reasonable and work started within a week. So glad I chose them as the work was extremely of high-quality and took 3 months. Throughout the entire process, Haseeb was extremely attentive and responsive to all our concerns & needs. They cleaned up afterwards on a daily basis after the job which was a nice plus. I chose them not just because of the reasonable quote but mainly because of their excellent reviews and now I ended up giving an excellent review based on my own experience as well. So far we have been getting many high praises from neighbors & passerby in the area with one even mentioning that it was "beautiful & best in the block." I was looking for a contractor to do an extension and after speaking to numerous contractors, I came across Chand Construction and Haseeb came to give estimate that was under my budget. He was very professional and caring about their clients. I needed this project done in a timely manner and the rest of the staff was just amazing at getting my permits and project accomplished. I highly recommend Chand Construction.

Overall I had a great experience working with Chand Construction! He understood my vision for my kitchen remodel and provided me with ideas to make it better. He also went with me when shopping for materials such as door handles, cabinetry, and the french doors I had installed on the new wall his men built. He helped me find good quality materials for a reasonable price and didn't nickel and dime me when an additional change to the original plan was needed.
The only thing I would recommend if you are a first time re-modeler, like myself, is to clarify timelines of the work. Though I understand the delay was due to the cabinetry and countertops being delayed, I wish there was more communication (mostly from the woman I purchased cabinets from) on when the best day to start would be - overall the work took about 5 days but was spread over the course of 3-4 weeks resulting in no kitchen for longer than we expected. This is something I now know for future remodels. All in all, I enjoyed working with Chand Construction and would hire him again because my kitchen came out beautiful and it was well worth the wait! I appreciate their professionalism and dedication to the job!

Haseeb and his staff did an excellent job redoing my garage roof. Our roof was previously leaking and was 25+ years old, and after removing the old roof and installing a new roof + wood support underneath, the roof is now leak-free and good to go. He also followed up after the job was done and it rained to ensure there were no issues. Entire job was completed timely in two days and jobsite was clean after completion.

My experience has been a very positive one. The management team is very active, understanding and sensible to Fulfill our requirements. Most importantly, they complete the work on time. I was so happy with the detailing of the finished work. I definitely recommend Chand Construction.
