Contractor reviews in Jamaica, New York

Good

Excellent service

Very helpful people.

Helpful staff, despite being very busy.

Good workers answered all my questions

On line shopping and and pick up shopping great 👍😌Employees are very helpful and polite. Products are always always available.

The service is very poor!! I'd give them no star at all if that was possible!! I bought blinds from them and went to pick them up, only for them to forget to give me part of my order...had to go back for it and that was an added expense on my part!!! Getting an appointment date for installation is close to impossible!!! They've been postponing...it's been 3 weeks and the blinds are still not installed!!!😡😡

I had a very disappointing experience with Alpha Icon Group, which appears to be managed by someone named Weston. After agreeing on a project, Weston failed to follow through on payment and stopped responding to calls and messages. He used multiple email addresses during communication, which made things even more confusing.

After speaking with others in our community, I discovered this wasn’t an isolated case. Weston has reportedly hired multiple companies for services and then claimed they were late or didn’t deliver — when in fact they did — and never paid them either.

This seems to be a pattern of behavior. Based on my experience and what I’ve heard from others, I would not recommend working with this individual or company.

He was very nice and he explained everything to us which was very appreciated.

Great service! Reliable! Highly recommend!

They were prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend A-Rai Construction.

Had a leak in my basement due to a broken pipe underground which was connected to all the pipes in the house, had these guys check eveything and remodel the bathroom they had to break to get the pipe. They did an amazing job, and at a great price.

Really great experience.
Helpful, transparent, fast and fixed my issue properly. A refreshing contractor, in a sea of mediocrity. Thank you.

Great company with exceptional communication and transparency. Fair prices, quick responses, and fast workers that keep things clean as they go...can't ask for more!

The management and staff of A-Rai construction- the team is very responsible and work with you to get your vision alive !! Always so proud to call them up for all type of repair 🛀🚽🚰🪒🔑🚪🏡🏚️

Very quick responses. Reliable and communicated very well. Reasonable prices and cleaned up their entire work area. Anymore work that need to be done, they get the first call.

Very transparent in what was needed to be fixed. Came in separate times to ensure the fix had no issues. Flexible with pricing as well. Great company to work with.

Excellent work and experienced. Timely scheduling and efficient. Thank you

Very courteous and helpful. Thank you for listening and consulting with me about radiator safety.

A-Rai Construction is phenomenal, when i spoke to the contractor i asked if he can help modernized my kitchen. He went above and beyond to recommend what will be the best utilities that i can afford and installed it. Now i can enjoy cooking in the oven while checking the temperature or making sure the oven is off through my phone. Thank you Sunny.

Sunny is very skilled and very honest. What more could you ask for. Hire this man!
