Ridge Contracting built out a 2800 sq ft retail space for me. Jimmy Velez and his team were professional, communicative, and hands on through the entire process. Did everything go smooth? Of course not! (It’s construction in NYC) but I can say without a doubt Jimmy is a man of his word and I would do an another project with him again in a heartbeat.

His works speaks for itself. The owner of kp contracting is a perfectionist. If it isn’t done to his standards meaning perfect, he will not accept it. If you want good home improvement upgrades, I wouldn’t take the cheap way out we are talking about our homes people. Defiantly consult with KEVIN.

KP Contracting did a complete renovation of our kitchen and dining room. Kevin was terrific from the beginning with design suggestions and advice on what was possible.
His team took care of everything and were courteous and professional.

Kevin and his crew are top notch. Kevin is a perfectionist at executing a plan. He pays close attention to detail, is very coordinated, precise, and considers every outcome. He is not satisfied with mediocre work.

He and his team are extremely knowledgeable, timely, and they work very well together.

The layout, framework, flooring, carpentry, tiling, electric, plumbing, painting...they do it all and perfectly.

KP will provide advice, guidance, and options to your finished project.

He is reasonably priced considering his high quality level of work. Well worth the money.
