Awesome work. I needed some trees trimmed that were very close to my house. The crew was able to do a great job trimming the trees without damaging the siding of my home or the surrounding landscaping. Highly recommend.

The first time I used Clearview their prices were reasonable and the service was good. That was only to get their foot in the door. Every time I used them after that the prices went up and the quality of the service went down for the same thing. Then I used them for a large job which included planting tree's and replacing my entire lawn both of which had a one year guarantee.After several calls and emails they made a few feeble attempts to correct but to no avail. After that, they would just, yes, me and do nothing. I now have several dying tree's and a lawn that is full of dead spots. They have forced me to begin a legal action against them. I would not recommend this company.

I had a tree removed with this company this week. A friend of my bother recommended them. Came by gave me an estimate of $800. I agreed and the tree was removed the next day. They showed up on time, it took no more than 1hr to remove it was a medium size tree. Once they finished the job, they left and left all the tree branches, trunks, stumps, debris dumped on the sidewalk and in the street and said a truck will come later to pick it up. Truck didn’t come. I called no answer. Left a message with the answering service no answer. I finally got someone on the line, she said “yeah yeah we’ll send someone” nobody has come and now is day 2. I have my neighbor complaining and threatening to call the city on me which I can get fined.

Update: 4/26 truck came in the am and cleaned up. However, I never received a call back or anyone contacted me to update me or address the matter, A “broken down truck”. I did receive several calls asking to remove the bad review. I modified it but won’t remove. The customer service was unprofessional.

Contacted Clearview after storm Isaias. Several large tree branches had fallen and branches from neighbor's tree needed to be trimmed. Orlando came out and provided a contract to complete the work. Upon further contact each day thereafter, was informed work would not be completed that day. Finally, a week later Orlando indicated that it would be an additional 2 weeks before work would be completed. He added that because I had been impatient by making calls about the work being completed, the contract was being cancelled. Shortly thereafter, he ended the call abruptly. I understand priority in work after a storm; however, if you know there will be a 3 week delay when a contract is written, that information should be provided to the customer. Telephone calls to owner Oscar during this time were useless as he consistently stated he would call right back several times and on one occasion actually said he would be there in an hour and never showed up. I would not recommend this service due to the unprofessional manner in which i was treated as a customer. Clearview is also known as Queens Tree Service and by several other names.

These guys are excellent! I had them remove several trees from behind my property a few years ago. They came with all the equipment and crew members you wouldn't even have guessed were needed. They did a great job then, but I'm reviewing them now for what they just did.

Recently, I was trying to dig to replace a drainage line destroyed by the trees I had removed. Apparently, some of the stump roots were missed originally and some regrowth occurred. Some of those remaining roots were too much for me to remove myself. I called Oscar and he sent a crew over with the remote robotic control stump grinder and they pleasantly, efficiently, thoroughly, and professionally took care of it - removed the regrowth and the problem roots.

Called Clearview Tree service for an estimate Orlando came out and gave me a price. Then scheduled the date and time of 7:30am for them to come and remove my tree. They also informed me to contact my neighbors for access to there yard because my tree is that big which I did. The day of the schedule appointment they canceled via text at 7:23am. So I called to reschedule and again I went to inform my neighbors about the access for the tree removal. AGAIN they called and canceled but this time it was 7:00pm for a scheduled appointment the next morning at 7:30am. This company is unreliable and not trustworthy. They inconvenienced me and my neighbors because we had made arrangements in our work schedule to have this work done. Which never happened.

Great service and in timely fashion! Removed old trees dropping berries on mine and my neighbors property and the dead tree hanging over the pathway without messing up my lawn. They followed up with us after clean up as well! Thank you guys and I highly recommend to anyone.

The workers were absolutely wonderful, the owner DID NOT RETURN MY CALLS!! I needed the work to be completed and I left so so many messages. Once I did get him on the phone he said that he would call me right back and did NOT. What a shame, my yard was left with tree roots!! Very disappointed with him. This job was done in June and now it's almost August. That's why i rated them one star. My husband tipped the workers well and they were Wonderful. The owner is very Irresponsible!!

Called and set up an appointment. Someone was out within a day or two to quote me on the tree AND stump removal. this quote was almost half as much as some others. They had to reschedule a couple of times due to weather but they always gave me a confirmation call. Large team to remove the tree got it done promptly. This was an enormous 200 year old white oak so it took a few hours. Everything was cleaned up nicely. They came a day or two later to process the stump. All in all a very positive experience. Would highly recommend.

I contacted Clearview about a tree removal in my front yard. They were excellent to work with. They said they would give me a call 30 minutes before arriving and did, and took the tree out with out issue quickly. Would recommend them and use them again!

Got a free estimate and schedule a day for the removal of a tree from my backyard. They arrived one hour early and get the job done. Tree was cut and remove from yard with the workers cleaning up after completing the job. Then another guy arrived with a robotic grinder that was control remotely. The tree stump and root was removed completely.
Customer service was excellent and also making payment with credit card over the phone was accepted making it easier.
I would highly recommend to anyone looking to have a tree removed.
