This business provided top-notch service during a chaotic period. With the summer heat wave in full swing, they managed to fit me in for maintenance on my 2-year-old Mitsubishi mini-split system, which had been poorly installed by another vendor.
What struck me was Munesh's willingness to send out a technician right away to provide a temporary fix, allowing us to get some much-needed relief. The tech, Rakesh, did an excellent job diagnosing the issues - both with condensation and compressor failure. I'm particularly impressed that he pinpointed the root causes of the problems.
I'll be reinstalling this system soon and plan to replace my old Daiken units with a new Blaka Cool system. This company is fair, skilled, and genuinely cares about its customers. I highly recommend them without hesitation.
