I just moved to New York and needed an air conditioner, so I hired this company. From the start, they were super nice and got the job done quickly and easily in my apartment. I'm really happy with their service and the customer support team - they're top-notch. Initially, I was clueless about which AC to pick, but they put me at ease. Now I'm glad I went with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.

We hired them last year to replace valves in two units, which they did promptly. However, just 33 days later, both units stopped working again. We reached out to complain about the issue and were told we'd need to pay an extra fee for someone to inspect the units since it was past the 30-day warranty period. Given that both units had failed within this timeframe, we weren't thrilled about shelling out more money to have them looked at, especially considering what we'd already paid for the initial replacement work. The whole experience left us feeling distrustful of their services.

Received a new PTAC unit with quick and smooth delivery. Installation was hassle-free, thanks to punctual and courteous technicians who made an effort to remove their shoes upon entering the property. Among several quotes, they offered the most competitive pricing. Overall, I'd highly recommend this service.
