I prefer to use the store in Valley Stream or Ozone Park . The flowers and plants need watering or are dead. Home Depot field manager are you listening? I rate this just the tip of one star.

Been here waiting for over 30 minutes trying to have someone help me cut 3 pieces of cedar wood. Met an associate (who was friendly) but all he 'could' do to help me was to page someone. He paged 3 different occasions and no one responded to help me. I don't think I'll ever come to this one again.

Ok. However, I was turned off when I witness one of your male employees open 2 bottles of water and poured them onto some dry plants. Really! The hose was near. I did not buy the plants. Some employees need closer supervision. As a native American we take pride in our jobs once hired and know how to carry out any company's mission statement.

THEY ARE THE WORST LANDSCAPPERS IN QUEENS.

THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I’VE REQUESTED THEIR SERVICES AND
THEY ARE THE WORST PEOPLE I’VE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH.

NOT ONLY DID THE OWNER ARRIVE 3 HOURS LATE ON A WEEKDAY. WHEN HE WAS AWARE THAT I TOOK A DAY OFF FROM WORK SO I WOULD BE PRESENT WHEN HE ARRIVED, SO THAT I COULD PAY HIM. HE ARRIVED TO MY HOUSE REEKING OF ALCOHOL.

WHEN WE DISCUSSING THE PRICE, HE TRIED TO ARGUE WITH ME AND INFORM ME THAT THE PRICE THAT WAS SENT TO ME VIA TEXT MESSAGE (THE QUOTE) WAS DIFFERENT FROM THE ACTUAL COST BECAUSE HIS SON IS THE ONE HANDLING THE TEXT MESSAGES NOT HIM. AND HIS SON IS DUMB. I SHOULD HAVE JUST CANCELLED THE JOB RIGHT THEN AND THERE. BUT AS I PREVIOUSLY STATED I TOOK A DAY OFF FROM WORK TO GET THIS JOB DONE. HE WAS ALREADY LATE AND THERE WAS NO WAY FOR ME TO GET ANOTHER LANDSCAPPER THAT DAY.

WHEN THEY ACTUALLY COMPLETED THE JOB. I WAS PLEASED WITH WHAT I BREIFLY SAW. THAT WAS UNTIL I WENT BACK THERE AGAIN, AND SAW THE EMPTY BOTTLES OF CORONA THAT THEY LEFT IN ALL OVER MY BACKYARD. THEY ALSO DAMAGED MY GATE. IT’S OK THAT YOU TOOK THE MONEY AND RAN. INSTEAD OF BEING HONEST AND TELLING ME THAT YOU DAMAGED MY PROPERTY. TAKE THAT MONEY AND BUY MORALS WITH IT. KARMA IS REAL AND SO IS GOD. I HOPE THAT YOU AND YOUR MEN GET EXACTLY WHAT THEY DESERVE.
