I’ve called Evan & Sons Plumbers several times over the years, and I’m always impressed with how professional and courteous they are. They show up on time, do high-quality work, and the cost is always fair. Most recently, Brayden helped me out with a few plumbing jobs—replacing a toilet, fixing a leaky outdoor spigot, and swapping out an old refrigerator water line tap valve for a new line with a proper shut-off valve. The toilet project wasn’t easy since the flange was broken and the space was really tight, but Brayden managed to fit and secure a flange kit without any trouble. Even though I had already removed the old toilet to help speed things up, the flange and valve work could have taken much longer with someone less skilled. It’s clear there’s a difference between just any plumber and one who knows how to really solve problems. I trust this team to handle any plumbing issue that comes up.

this is the only plumbing company i would recommend or use! i called a few years ago to get our old hot water heater replaced with a tankless system. the crew that handled the install did a great job, and two of the same plumbers, brayden and tracy, have come back the last couple of times for our yearly maintenance flushes. it's always nice to see familiar faces, and it says a lot about a company when they keep such a great team. just scheduled this year’s service through a quick text, and it still feels very personal. customer service here is always top-notch. from the first call, everyone was friendly and explained everything clearly. i'm really happy we got the recommendation from our neighbor back then. other companies i called didn’t compare!

curtis and frank came out to help with some big plumbing problems at my house and for a family member too. they worked on a heating issue and replaced old pipes that kept bursting, since the plumbing was really outdated. the job was pretty big—they handled four apartments' kitchens and bathrooms, plus the basement where all the water ended up. they were easy to talk to and kept us informed through every step. i appreciated how professional and friendly they were, making sure everything was done right. the payment process was a bit tricky for me because of my own choice of using zelle, but they did offer other ways to pay. overall, i was very satisfied and would definitely call them again if i need more plumbing work.

Horrible experience with this company. I made gas conversion from oil.
And nothing is working in the house. Can't reach Victor at all. His secretary answer the
phone all the time but nothing she can do only promises.
Never deal with this company, if you already dealing with this company try to break contract and find someone else more responsible to finish the job.

Worst Plumbers. Swindled my dad out of $3,000 and dont even have a plumbers licence (we found out afterwards). Search there name up on the NYC Plumbers Licence Database, they havent had one since 2008.

They lied to my father and kept rescheduling and dodging calls, eventually we stopped trying.

WORST BUSINESS EVER. STEER CLEAR!!!

Never again. Quite possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with. The owner, Victor does not care for his business or his customers. I was left without gas for nearly 4 months because the permit was never pulled, the work was never tested and ConEd put a lock on my system. Even after all that trouble, the job was never approved by the DOB nor signed off. I had to hire another outsider company to come clean up their mess. Nothing but hell with this company..cannot nor will ever recommend them.

BJ, one of Victor's helpers, installed a steam pipe in my basement. It started clanking and leaking soon after. I have tried calling/texting him and Victor. They continue to ignore the problem. Not very professional.

Brayden did an excellent job. He came over to check out our new tankless water heater, which was having some trouble, and quickly figured out what was wrong. During his visit, Brayden also pointed out a few plumbing issues from the original installation that could have affected our warranty if left unfixed. He made sure to write up a detailed report so I could bring it to my contractor and get things sorted out properly. I’m very satisfied with the fast response, helpful advice, and professional attitude. I’d definitely call them again for any plumbing work. Five stars!
