Good customer service.

I placed an order of three doors. Two were installed after a long time, but the third door was not installed because they shipped twice damaged doors. It's almost six months since I placed the original order and didn't get a refund. However, I am still charged and have to pay monthly to their credit card.
I called the second time customer service and was told that they will resolve it. As a home owner I will never get anything from them. The store is in Jericho, Long Island, NY
