My toilet was running and leaked all over my bathroom on the second floor, down into my foyer and to my finished basement. I was so worried but when Servpro of Patchogue showed up they were great. They practically held my hand the whole time. They got to work as soon as they arrived. I was so impressed with how they took care of my home by putting down protective covering out to the door they used to take out the wet material. Jose and his crew cleaned up all the work they did and I think my house was cleaner then before my toilet leaked. I would certainly recommend Servpro of Patchogue for anyone in need. They were great! I placed an order of three doors. Two were installed after a long time, but the third door was not installed because they shipped twice damaged doors. It's almost six months since I placed the original order and didn't get a refund. However, I am still charged and have to pay monthly to their credit card.
I called the second time customer service and was told that they will resolve it. As a home owner I will never get anything from them. The store is in Jericho, Long Island, NY
