Plumbing reviews in Katonah, New York

We had the Plumbing Pumps&Water systems replace our
19-year-old pump and pressure tank as a preventive maintenance measure. If you need someone for well service, you need look no further than this family operated business. I was truly impressed as I watched them go about their business. They work quickly with skillful efficiency, and they did a perfect installation for us at a very fair price. I'm sure there are other good well companies out there, but if you want to hire a family-owned company exhibiting the timeless American values of honesty and hard work, then you need to do business with the Plumbing Pumps&Water systems . If you have a service provider like this that you know you can trust, you really don't have to worry about anything else. Everything just falls neatly into place! We highly recommend them.

Terrific responsive service! Besim is thorough , knowledgeable, patient and highly skilled. Competitively priced and a pleasure to do business! Highly recommended.

Wonderful and kind and knowledgeable man. I will be using Besim for my heating and plumbing needs going forward.

Besim is always highly dependable ,friendly and knowledgeable at his profession - and very fair with charges

Besim completed the impossible, removing a broker washer machine, getting it out of a tight space / house flawlessly >> maneuvered the new washer into place and hooked it up under 2 hours. Complete professional. Friendly. The best - thank you Besim.

I can’t say enough good things about Plumbing Pumps&Water systems! I had a leak that I thought it was going to be a huge hassle because the plumber who came by before Besim couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Besim checked everything and found the leak pretty quickly. He took the time to explain what was going on and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I highly recommend Besim for any plumbing needs!

The most attentive, honest service out there. Would vouch for Besim and his work 10 out of 10 times.

Besim does great work! He is reliable, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He has done several projects & repairs at my house. I highly recommend his company.

I can’t say enough good things about Besim and his business. He’s extremely knowledgeable, completely honest and will never try to overcharge you for labor or parts. For a licensed and insured plumber he’s also very reasonably priced…even in emergency situations. He’s local and he does the work himself, as opposed to some of the bigger companies we used in the past who always sent different guys, some better than others and who also had huge markups on parts. We’ve been using Besim for years now, for a wide variety of situations and have always been very happy. I’ve also recommended him to neighbors who’ve also been very pleased with his work and who now use him regularly as well. HIGHLY recommended!

Besim is the best. Extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Would recommend him 10 out of 10 times!

Besim has helped us out 3 different times. An absolute life saver. Prompt, professional, I would highly recommend for anyone I need of a good plumber!

We can’t say enough great things about Besim! When our water heater broke on Easter morning, he showed up that same day and had the new one fully installed by that night—just in time for our kids to have hot water for school the next day. He also replaced our water tank for the well and fixed our well when we had pressure issues.

Every time we’ve needed him, he’s been quick, reliable, and reasonably priced. His communication is excellent, and he takes the time to explain things and offer recommendations tailored to our home’s size, occupancy, and even how often we host guests. He did the plumbing for our bathroom renovation, and now we have him scheduled to install a water softener.

If you need a plumber who is knowledgeable, dependable, and goes above and beyond, we highly recommend Besim!

Honest, Reliable, fast and a good person. I recommend him completely. I’m more than happy that I found him as my permanent plumber!

Great professional job in a timely fashion at affordable price. I called for emergency kitchen faucet replacement as had no water in kitchen and he quickly came and efficiently replaced it and made sure all other systems including the water filtration systems and dishwasher were working fine. He also changed our reverse osmosis filters. All at affordable price.

I had the pleasure of working with Besim for the installation of a pneumatic system, and I couldn't be more impressed. He was incredibly knowledgeable, reliable, and demonstrated true professionalism throughout the entire process. The installation was completed on time and with exceptional attention to detail. Besim went above and beyond to ensure everything was functioning perfectly.
