This company did a wonderful job. I will definitely call you again. Very reasonable.

Our carpets looked brand new again after being cleaned! Amazing, professional work!

We had Professional Grade come out and clean our carpets, ceramic tile, and some pre-owned upholstered chairs that we purchased from a Country Club. I can say without hesitation that this is a company you can trust. The job they did was amazing Everything looks brand new.... even the chairs that were used in a commercial setting!

I have been meaning to do this for years. Butch has been cleaning our carpets for 7 years. He is the best in the business. Butch always goes well beyond the extra mile to leave our carpets sparkling but he is also a warm wonderful man who we enjoy whenever he is here. Butch is a consummate professional and always delivers. You will be more than glad your engaged his services.

Professional Grade Cleaning Services does a fantastic job of cleaning our rugs at the Hilton Exempt Club. The rugs get pretty messy from the events that are held here and they do a bang up job of getting them clean for us, thanks!

We had our carpets cleaned after a lot of little puppy accidents, and these guys did an excellent job! Everything looked good as new. Highly recommend!

So professional from start to finish. Each job done is done with care and excellence. So thankful for the jobs well done by Professional Grade Cleaning! Definitely the place to go for any carpet cleaning needs in the greater rochester upstate area!

Great service start to finish. Great phone communication from making the appt to calling on their way for a heads up on exact arrival time. Hard working, respectful of our home, GREAT results on our carpets. We are so pleased with the results and service! Will be calling back for kitchen floors and annual carpets after that.

We had this Company come out to clean the carpet and our bathroom wall and floor tile. They did a amazing job. I have never seen the traffic flow area on the carpet come out so clean. The previous company we had a few years ago could not match the quality of work the Professional Grade Cleaning Services did for us.

Thanks for a great service.

Professional Grade Cleaning Services did a wonderful job on my carpets. The service was fantastic and they were able to get me in quickly. The work they did was top notch. It looks like a new house! Would highly recommend.

We’ve been using Professional Grade Cleaning Services for over 5 years now, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the level of service they provide. Recently, they cleaned the bedroom carpets and common areas of our apartment complex, and once again, they went above and beyond. The carpets look fresh and vibrant, and the common areas have never looked better!

One of the things we love about Professional Grade Cleaning Services is that it’s a family-owned operation. Butch and Stacia are the heart and soul of the business, and they do an absolutely amazing job. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication to providing top-quality service make all the difference. They really go the extra mile to ensure everything is spotless, and it’s clear they take great pride in their work.

Over the years, we've trusted them with multiple cleanings, and every time they deliver. Their consistency and reliability are unmatched. If you're looking for a trustworthy, family-oriented cleaning company, I can't recommend Butch, Stacia, and their team enough!

Professional Grade Cleaning Services did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. The carpets came out amazing! We have a large family and the kids beat up on the carpet but now they are like new again. They did such a fantastic job. I will be using them again in the future and would highly recommend!

Absolutely great guys to work with. Always positive and does A+ work.

Jim and his team built a deck for my above ground pool. They custom made a railing system this is stunning. In addition to quality work, they were a pleasure to do business with--responsive, reliable, and honest!
