Needed to have my boiler fixed. They came out the next day and got every thing up and running. When a secondary issue popped up Jimmy and Scott came early on Saturday morning to fix and make sure the Boiler was working properly.

Very professional and efficient. I called this morning because my furnace wasn't working and technician arrived shortly after that. He had my furnace working perfectly within minutes.

As the proud owner of a business that recently had a scorching hot water tank installed by the fantastic team at Controlled Environment, I just had to gush (pun intended) about the amazing experience!

As for the hot water tank itself, it's an absolute "heatsation"! The water temperature is as consistent as the puns in this review, never wavering or leaving me cold. The system is so efficient that I'm convinced it must have been designed by some kind of "water wizard" or "thermal magician." Thanks to Controlled Environment, my employees and I can now enjoy hot tea and coffee that's so piping hot, it's like drinking liquid sunshine. ☀️

But the real cherry on top was the fantastic customer service. The Controlled Environment team was always on hand to provide "a-sink-sitive" advice, ensuring that every "valve" of my business was catered to. They even took the time to teach me a thing or two about hot water tank maintenance, which I found to be quite "enlighten-piping."

Quick to respond company! Spoke with Jimmy and within a few hours I had a nice and knowledgeable technician at my house. Turned out to be nothing major but will definitely call them again with any heating and cooling needs!

I could not be happier with Hometown Heating & Cooling. The team is professional, easy to work with, and hard working. We ordered two AC units. Our house is older, and they went the extra mile to run wires so that we could set up our own thermostat instead of a wireless one (which is something we wanted but didn't NEED). Thank you!

PS-Everyone on their team is a dog lover. My dog hates everyone and liked them (for those of you that aren't dog lovers, this is the universal sign for 'good people').

My experience with this company deserves much more than 5 stars. First of all when I called Jim I hadent had heat for 2 weeks. It was cold and snowing. He came out told me I needed a new furnace. I told him It would have to wait about 8 days till I got paid again. We made the date and he left. Welll 10 min. Latter he called back and said I hate the thought of you guys being cold we will come out tomorrow to do the job and you can pay me next week. OMG I was floored. I was in tears. I just could not believe there were ppl out there that still took someones word at face value! They came put the new furnace in and that night me and my kids were warm while ut was 20 degrees and snowing outside. Amazing. People. I love them and there work is supurb!!!
Fast foward about 2 weeks latter. My heat was not worki g again. I called Jim and asked if he could come check it out in the morning. Nope he came out at 9 at night to check it out. Told me I needed an electrician for frayed wires. He even gave me a person to call. Then like before he came back at 10 pm to "just check one more thing". Well ge was out with the tech the next day to fix it...free of charge!! If it was not for this company I do not know what I would have done! Oh and I had 2 broken windows and he has a guy for that too!!!
If you want reliable service that wont put you in the poor house..call hometown. They are the BEST!! I will not call anyone else...EVER.
