the people that work there could care less if they sell you anything, if you do buy anything on your own be prepared for it to be either have missing parts or to be broken all together .

Today I needed some basement ceiling fixtures and the very friendly counter salesman directed me to Norm who is Shanor’s fixture expert. Norm could not have been more friendly, courteous and professional. He knew exactly what I needed for my project. What a pleasure it is to do business with a company that knows what customer service is all about. Incidentally Norm also helped me load the fixtures in my car!

I stopped in to the store on military and wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for. The salesperson Kevin showed me a bunch of different options and helped me find exactly what I needed to complete the look I was going for in my den.
