We have been with Ridout for probably 10 years now. Always shows up when they say and friendly service. They are great if you call after hours for emergency service, they get right back to you. There are many plumbers out there but not many good ones. Ridouts plumbing is a company in a league of its own. They are very clean, talented and professional. Trevor went above and beyond to help me. At the time he came to my house I was having a really difficult time with something else entirely and he offered to help even though it was not part of his job. He not only explained my AC to me but immediately helped get my fridge through the door. I really appreciate his kindness, professionalism, and his willingness to help a distressed crying lady in a time when he could have easily just done the minimum required and left. Scott just stopped by to give us an estimate for a new furnace. When he arrived, he tried to move the Power Venter and noticed some feathers flying out of it. Upon further investigation, he discovered A DEAD BIRD inside the unit. We discovered that is the reason the power venter dragged, and our circuit board was "blown". Scott went to his truck and found a used "universal" board to replace our burned out one. He wanted NOTHING for replacing the circuit board, just a good review and a promise to go with Ridout when we do have our furnace replaced. We will DEFINITELY be calling Scott back when we are able to replace the furnace. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for giving me HEAT, Scott. You TRULY are a HERO - God Bless you!!!
