They came, picked up the rug, and explained how it would be cleaned using modern machines. I liked that they clean everything at their factory. After about a week, the rug was returned, and it looked much better. The wool felt soft again, and the colors were more visible. It was not just surface cleaning, you can tell it was done properly. I’m happy with the result.
