I've got no choice but to go with this service provider since they're the only ones left in town. Honestly, it's shocking how badly Air Tactical HVAC has messed up.
They cancelled on me without any warning during an appointment window between 8am and 10am. I had received two reminders confirming my spot - one a day prior and another that morning - but clearly didn't mean anything to them. After waiting around for a couple of hours, I tried calling at 10:30am and left a message saying they should just return the call rather than expecting me to wait all day.
By 9:45pm, I still hadn't heard back from them - which is laughable considering how much time they wasted on automated messages. If you're going to use an automated system, actually put it to use! Time is money and Air Tactical HVAC clearly doesn't respect that.
Their lack of communication skills is staggering. They didn't even have the decency to call me to explain why I wasn't being seen today or apologize for the inconvenience. It's like they were doing me a favor by showing up to give me a quote, but apparently that was just an afterthought.
Needless to say, Air Tactical HVAC doesn't value my business and it's clear they're not willing to earn it back. Thankfully I booked another appointment with another company afterwards - one that actually showed up on time and provided professional service.
