I scheduled a service appointment for the afternoon, expecting someone to show up between 12-3pm. However, despite being home all day, no one arrived. I called twice, first at 2:49pm and again at 4:51pm, only to be told that an updated ETA would be provided by the technician. Neither call resulted in a callback. When I called for a third time at 7pm, I was informed that I'd need to reschedule. This wasted a significant amount of my time. Initially, Tristar had offered me a more flexible appointment window, which led me to cancel another booking.

They booked an appointment with me, guaranteeing a specific arrival time and prior call to confirm. Unfortunately, neither of these promises were kept. When I initially contacted them to check on the status, the representative assured me they were on their way but didn't ask for my name or verify any information before hanging up. Subsequent attempts to reach out were met with the same dismissive behavior - the representative would answer, then immediately end the call. Given my potential interest in using their services for multiple commercial units and buildings, I'm left baffled by the overwhelmingly negative experience.

What a delight it was to have someone from this company service my heating units! They sent someone who was pleasant, professional, and provided valuable tips that I really needed to know about my system. The technician was knowledgeable and patient in answering all our questions. Great job and definitely recommended!
