Tree Works Of WNY

I recently needed to have two trees trimmed back that were growing in my neighbors yard but overhanging substantially into mine leaving a mess of leaves and tree debris in my yard and pool. I contacted Tree Works of WNY for an estimate. My main concern was that the yard is fenced so I needed a company that had equipment to accommodate that. Jason came out for the estimate and confidently acknowledged that he could handle that and gave me what I thought was a great price. The most important thing though was that shortly after that day he had an equipment failure- the one they needed for my yard-and he could have just called and cancelled the job. But he and Alison both stayed in touch and kept me up to date on what was happening with the equipment. Customer service is huge for me so I appreciated the feedback and how nice they both were. I was glad to wait simply because of that. Jason came today and my yard looks great. He and his team did an awesome job and I would absolutely recommend Tree Works of WNY for any of your tree-cutting needs. They're an excellent company to work with!!

These days you don't expect things to go right but Tree Works of WNY exceeded our expectations. They worked like a well-oiled machine, everyone working as a team and knew what needed to be done. Had a large red maple taken down and a white pine trimmed and everything went great. They work fast, efficiently and excellent clean up. Highly recommend them.

Jay and his crew took down some massive trees in our backyard... they did an exceptional job, and took really good care of our yard and surrounding trees in that area as well. I'd recommended them time and time again for any of your tree removal needs!
