they had what I needed and were helpful. They asked pertinent questions to make sure I got what I needed.

Unlike the BIGBOX stores, these guys know their stuff, they have what you need, and their prices are about the same as BIGBOX and, sometimes, less.

I called to buy a meter disconnect and they said they had it but since I was not a regular they said that I'd have to wait then proceed to hang up on me. Not happy with the customer service they are a joke.

Don't go there for anything, there attitudes suck they think it's funny when you don't know what you are looking for or asking for poor customers service.

So much better than going to a big box store. I had a list of materials, which I handed to one of the knowledgable staff, & came back a couple hours later and the order was filled. Wandering the aisles of the big box stores make no sense when you can go the Besco. And the prices were great.
