Mike was on time and punctual. He made every effort to accommodate my schedule. Upon arrival, he step by step trouble shooted the problem with my dryer. After explaining everything in lay man terms, he promptly began repairs and fixed the dryer. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to all who are having Appliance issues. My dryer became loud and I knew something was wrong. I did an Internet search for a local repairman and found Mike, who answered right away via text and came the NEXT DAY! He showed me the cracked and worn out belt, belt pulley and roller that was causing the problem. He pulled out clogged lint and lubricated the dryer. He left me with a useful tip on using a leaf blower to rid the venting of excess lint! Mike is professional, efficient and I couldn’t be happier paying his reasonable service fee!
