Macken sewer and drain came out to my house for a clogged leech line on my septic system. The crew wasted no time at all! They were responsive and on time. When they tried to water jet it, it was discovered that it was full of tree roots and collapsed. Little Jimmy came with a mini excavator and got the line replaced in the same day! Very professional and thorough! I would use them again! Highly recommend their services!

Macken Sewer and Drain installed a new engineered septic system for us. They did an excellent job, the crew was polite and respectful. They showed up and worked full days everyday and completed the full project in less than a week. The owner Jimmy was super responsive and a true professional. When we had plumbing issues before our new septic system, Macken Sewer and Drain were able to come out right way and give us a temporary solution until we got the new septic system installed. The communication from Jimmy is excellent and we couldn’t have had a better experience each time we’ve used Macken Sewer and Drain for a service.

Jimmy and Dom from Macken Sewer & Drain were phenomenal. I cannot say enough positive things about this company, and will highly recommend their services. I called them regarding my PVC pipe in my back yard coming from my sump pump being on the fritz during this tremendous rain fall. We were concerned about water getting into our basement. Turns out it was a larger project than anticipated. The tree roots were completely blocking the pipe out to the creek in our backyard. They quickly assessed the issue, got our water flowing with the Hydro Jet and were timely, professional, and kind. Thank you so much Macken Sewer & Drain.

Excellent service by Mike from WNY Plumbing. We had a leak in the ceiling below a bathroom. He worked hard to detect the leak and to minimize invasion into our walls and cabinets. Eventually it was a pipe issue in a wall. He consulted with me at every step of the process. He also provided some tips on cleaning up the mold that resulted from the leak and other affordable contractors for the wall repair. He expertly handled replacing the piping as well.

I have been a customer for 5 years. WNY Plumbing did all the plumbing for my new house. They did great work. This is the only plumbing company that I call and I just want Mike for service. Mike is professional, talented, and explains things so I understand how to avoid future problems. He is outstanding. The best service person that I have ever had period. Excellent and very kind service!
I moved to this town from Brooklyn about a year a go. I used to live in a condominium apartment. Now I live in a house and suddenly there is no hot water, I didn’t know what to do. I called Western New York Plumbing and Mike came quickly, after solving the problem, Mike explained why there is no hot water and he showed me what to do next time. I was so thankful.

WNY Plumbing was the contractor used by our home builder a few years ago. WNY Plumbing has continued to provide excellent customer service since then. Most recently, Mike installed hot water outdoor faucets to my home and neighbor’s home. We added them for the resurfacing our pond for the kids to play hockey on through the winter. Mike has done a few other installs for us and been very accommodating with great interactions. Mike also takes the time to answer any questions and ensures that you have a full understanding of services provided along with the associated costs. After installation was completed, I have asked Mike and the WNY Plumbing to send a proposal for roughing plumbing for a full basement bathroom. After the years of quality service and the continuity of mostly dealing with Mike, we are confident that they will do a fantastic job with the new bathroom.
