Septic System reviews in Lancaster, New York

Very knowledgeable and professional company, would highly recommend.

These guys are the best! Efficient, quick, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Great service, reliable and great pricing. Went to our house during a snowstorm to drain the sewer, had to dig through the snow to find the cap. Highly recommend!!!

We had had a pipe break and back up into the basement. They came out in a timely fashion fixed everything and even helped clean up. I highly recommend Macken sewer and drain.

Macken sewer and drain came out to my house for a clogged leech line on my septic system. The crew wasted no time at all! They were responsive and on time. When they tried to water jet it, it was discovered that it was full of tree roots and collapsed. Little Jimmy came with a mini excavator and got the line replaced in the same day! Very professional and thorough! I would use them again! Highly recommend their services!

Macken sewer and drain saved the day!
We had an issue with a backup and we called Macken sewer and drain and they came out same day to get us pumped out!
Everyone from the office manager for scheduling and payments to the guys doing the work were very professional, friendly and efficient. Great small family owned business with affordable prices.

I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs!

Macken Sewer and Drain installed a new engineered septic system for us. They did an excellent job, the crew was polite and respectful. They showed up and worked full days everyday and completed the full project in less than a week. The owner Jimmy was super responsive and a true professional. When we had plumbing issues before our new septic system, Macken Sewer and Drain were able to come out right way and give us a temporary solution until we got the new septic system installed. The communication from Jimmy is excellent and we couldn’t have had a better experience each time we’ve used Macken Sewer and Drain for a service.

Jimmy and Dom from Macken Sewer & Drain were phenomenal. I cannot say enough positive things about this company, and will highly recommend their services. I called them regarding my PVC pipe in my back yard coming from my sump pump being on the fritz during this tremendous rain fall. We were concerned about water getting into our basement. Turns out it was a larger project than anticipated. The tree roots were completely blocking the pipe out to the creek in our backyard. They quickly assessed the issue, got our water flowing with the Hydro Jet and were timely, professional, and kind. Thank you so much Macken Sewer & Drain.
