Jess and Tony are amazing!! I can’t say enough positive things about working with them. We had a very hilly, basically unusable backyard and they helped us completely transform our yard into the outdoor space of our dreams! Jess was amazing at designing our vision, and Tony and his crews were the hardest working people I’ve ever met! We now have a beautiful new patio, gorgeous retaining walls (who knew retaining walls could be pieces of art?), a flat yard, and a beautiful new staircase to our yard. They were so helpful throughout every step of the process and so incredibly responsive. I cannot recommend Zavaglia Associates and AZI landscaping enough!

They took our half-baked ideas and dreams and made them into reality, creating our own backyard oasis. Jess, Tony, and the rest of the team are professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with and knew how to tackle every step of the project. I cannot recommend ZA enough!

Jess is incredible. We are building a new house, and although we only contracted her team to work with us a few weeks ago, she jumped right in and has been 100% involved with the builders on the design for the front walkway and back patio as we are needing to get construction moving on these soon. Jess has worked diligently in understanding how my family and I will you our outdoor space, and has reflected this in her beautiful plans. She has been super responsive and really a pleasure to work with. I'm so glad that we are working with Jess! I cannot wait to see what she has planned for the landscaping.

Managing outside vendors can be difficult, you never know the staff you’re getting. MM Services is professional and detailed! Furthermore there is a great level of communication among their staff and the MM Service supervisor which allow to focus on what I need to get done throughout the day.

I would have to say firsthand my experience with MM Services has been great. I needed some cleaning done badly at my office space area and I spoke with Rich from MM Services about the job that needed to be done. I Honestly thought it would be a standard job and it would take a lot of time to get done. But Rich showed up with a game plan to get the job done, we agreed on pricing and he told me he would have it done the next day.

I came into my office the next day and I would have to say I was very impressed with the quality work and efficiency it took him and MM Services to get the job done in such a timely fashion. Marcelo's Maintenance Services has been taking care of our medical office for over a year and a half now. The management team and their crew are very pleasant and professional. They initially make sure they understand your needs and even make suggestions to better service your Office/Home. They do a variety of services including painting, which they did a very nice job with. They are always available to talk when needed and are efficient. I recommend this company, you will be happy with their services.

Every few years my carpet (a tribal geometric) needs cleaning, and I always turn to Baseer to take care of it. This time it also had some frayed areas. He did a beautiful job on the cleaning and repairs, for a very reasonable price. The carpet is back on my living room floor, glowing like a jewel.

We noticed a moth infestation on a large, antique Persian carpet that had already done damage. We called Baseer immediately, and he came immediately on a late weekend afternoon. Baseer washed the rug numerous times, and oversaw a complete reknotting of the problematic regions. When Baseer delivered our rug back, it was beautifully bright and clean, and the areas of moth damage were completely fixed. There is no sign of the damage. I'd recommend Baseer Oriental Rugs to anyone.

Baseer and his team were able to restore and clean two oriental rugs that had been soaked in rust filled water from a faulty fire sprinkler head. They did a fantastic job at a reasonable price and with remarkable speed. He is very easy to work and a good communicator. Thank you 🙏
