Reviews of local pros in Latham, New York

I have used Davey for several jobs over the past and found them to be professional and responsive.

Tean from Davey;s was professional, courteous, and friendly. they did an awesome job.

They were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

Good workers who do I very good job. They seem to care about what they do...not as common as this work ethic should be these days! All of the above.

Quick, professional and did not leave a pine needle on the lawn!
I highly recommend this company for tree removal and trimming.

Ryan and Chris were professional, polite and very informative. Plan on having more work done by Davey Tree.

Devon was Fabulous and professional came out discuss the situation answer my questions 😀 knew what needed to be done thank you

TREE WAS REMOVED FROM MY PROPERTY. PRICE WAS REASONABLE. JOB WAS COMPLETED WITH NO PROBLEMS

Have been served by Davey for years. They are thorough and knowledgeable. They also clean up very carefully.

Outstanding customer focus and technical skills delivered successful removal of a large maple tree in a very challenging location close against two houses with no possible access for mechanized equipment - the job required manual removal limb by limb & piece by piece and it was expertly executed by a well coordinated team of three “tree surgeons”

The crew came in, did their job in a most professional manor, cleaned up (an excellent job) and left. Very happy I used Davey

Davey Tree responded to our request for an estimate to remove two dead trees, prune dead branches and do some clean-up of underbrush. The estimate was fair and they came when promised to complete the work.

Professional and courteous. Called before they arrived, reliable . Explained the tree and stump removal process to me. Very helpful.

The technicians are courteous and knowledgable. They are my trusted partner in taking care of my 50+ hemlock trees. I could not do it without them. Thank you Davey!

From start to finish we were very happy. Everyone we dealt with was professional. Their responses were timely and thorough. We would highly recommend Davey Trees.

Just observing watch over my house and looked out the front window and saw this car park in front of my house and a women got out and put cones around her car, put on a bright orange and yellow vest looking official. I went out and asked her what she was doing and she said she was observing trees in the neighborhood and noting issues and different species. Could someone explain this procedure in more detail? Just interested.
Thank you
Kathleen

Davey's did an awesome job removing 5 trees from our Lake side camp with some hemlocks in very hard to reach places. Removed an old maple which threatened our electrical service all at a reasonable price.

For over 2 years, we have be satisfied with the care, quality and attention to detail that Davey has provided us. Our neighbors have contracted with Davey, too!

Useless. Not only did they want to charge an arm and a leg to bring a crane in my backyard to remove a tree (which I ended up doing myself without a crane!), but I also asked him about a tree in my front yard that I was concerned about because it appeared to be losing bark. He looked at it and said it was fine; he was wrong—here we are a year later and it's dead! And he's supposed to the professional arborist!

Tim is a great, caring applicator in Bethlehem NY and he does a very thorough job. Initially the chemicals being applied killed the weed issues we were having, unfortunately at some point it appears their applied chemicals killed the healthy lawn as well. The issue was with the chemicals and not Tim and after stopping the applications I have had a hard time reestablishing a healthy growing lawn in spite of investing $100's of dollars in the best grass seed, fertilizer, and analytics from Cornell University and the Albany County Cooperative Extension of Cornell. Very frustrating....loved Tim, but after this experience I am done with this firm and all the other applications firms who I always thought were far worse than Davey Tree.

Davey's crew trimmed and pruned two trees in our yard and did an excellent job. We are fully satisfied with the result as well as the professionalism of the crew members.
