Very unprofessional. Technician came in an hour late (4 pm) and diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator and couldn't fix it because parts store was already closed. I had to pay full for the call. Technician was also very rude in behavior. I had to throw all my foods.I would never use them again.

Honest, fast service. Stove went out on Easter weekend, Frank called me back right away. He could tell from what I was describing that the unit might not be worth fixing. He spells out the all the costs and there's no hard sell. Not enough guys like him anymore.

This is a very great business I had a Viking refrigerator and a Viking stove that needed to be repaired and this was defiantly the right company to call. So fast, honest and extremely polite. I was pleased with the price since the two other appliance repair companies that came said that it was going to be like doubled than what these guys did it for. My aunt texted me this morning that her refrigerator was broken. She called a local appliance repair shop and left a message last night. I googled 3 repair shops. I recommended Frank because he was the owner, and would do the repair himself. Sure enough, Frank returned the call, and promised to show up at 4 pm. Frank showed up on time, was very professional and nice. He fixed the problem, and gave 1 year of warranty. My aunt was so thrilled! Thank you Frank!

Talked to him on the phone, instantly gave me knowledge on the possible issue with my gas range with a possible price point, which just so you know Franks prices are extremely fair and he is incredibly honest.... from a person who is very picky on people who I trust... Capital Appliance did a great job repairing both our washer and dryer. Frank responded quickly to my call, was here and had repair done within 24 hours. Frank is honest, fair, professional and does excellent work. He leaves everything immaculate when he’s finished his work, and he’s respectful of our home, making sure to keep his shoes covered. Assumed price quote would be reasonable due to them being recommended but markup for parts and labor costs were excessive. Reason given was that they did not know if they would run into issues. They did not, so charges were excessive. Get hourly quotes from them.
