I recently had Mastermind fix my vented gas logs, and I'm extremely satisfied with the service. They provided excellent communication and arrived on time as promised. The technician thoroughly examined the entire system and made repairs to both sets of logs. What impressed me most was the transparency - they quoted 20% less than another company would have charged just for a consultation. The technician took Covid precautions seriously, wearing a mask, gloves, and even bringing their own air purifier.

Mastersmind has been a lifesaver – my previous air conditioning installation was done by another company years ago, but it broke after just one month of use. They came in and fixed it at a fair price. The system has worked well ever since. Recently, one of the units' panels chipped off, causing issues, but they quickly resolved it. I appreciate their straightforward approach to pricing, ease of communication, and professionalism. Their work is reliable and solid. If I had to choose again, I'd start with Mastersmind from the beginning.
