I paid Jay 3 months ago to install 2 outlets outside. I went away for 3 weeks and never tried them. Upon returning we tried to plug our hot tub in both the outlets and we couldn't use either one of them as they were to small for a hot tub cover I called several times he either didn't call back or didn't show up. After 3 months he had me order the new outlets. I asked if I would be reimbursed and he said no I used the outlets. I did but with an extention cord because the ones he installed wouldn't work. Finally I got someone else to change them because why would I have Jay come fix something his company did wrong in the first place, also he was making me repay for his mistake.
