Needed a plumber for one of my properties today and after telling me they would show by a certain time they called me late and told me they were going to be a no show. Wasted valuable time and stuck without a plumber. The only reason I rated 2 star is because they actually showed up on a call a year ago.

Chris from The Plumber is absolutely amazing! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He handled a tough sewer repair quickly and efficiently, making what could’ve been a stressful situation completely painless. He explained everything clearly, kept the area clean, and treated my home with care and respect. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it really shows. I’m beyond thrilled with the entire experience and the quality of the repair. Jim did excatly what needed to be done. He didn't try to oversell me and the pricing was decent. Just to add i also had a pleasant conversation with the man while he was doing the job.
