I had my dryer vents cleaned by another company prior to royal . Royal vent cleaning is next level service. Not only did they clean the Dryer Vent from the roof but they came inside and thoroughly cleaned the entire line from the dryer itself. They were precise , took their time and made sure they had everything removed from that line so that I don't have to be nervous about a fire. Also, at the end, the technician asked me for Windex and paper towels, and he wiped down my machine so that there would be no residue of dust.. I can't recommend Royal Cleaning enough and I'm so happy that I found them. . My entire family had their vents cleaned the same day and they were equally as happy. This company is a winner.

Have used them multiple times for my house for dryer vent and bathroom fans. Now at my nonagenarian Mother’s house too where the dryer vent had not been cleaned in who knows how long. Packed with lint. Use these guys. Avoid fires!!!

I wish I had called them sooner! I had family staying with me and the dryer was getting used more than usual, and clothes were still damp after a drying cycle. I spoke to Robin and she scheduled me for the next day. I’m glad I called when I did, as they found tons of lint in the unit and vent that hadn’t been cleaned in 8 years! I thought emptying the lint trap was sufficient, but the technician recommended having this cleaning done every 2 years for the safety and longevity of the house and unit. While on the phone, I asked if I should have my HVAC vents cleaned as well. Robin walked me through a quick initial cleanliness check and assessed that duct cleaning wasn’t needed at this time. I greatly appreciated her honesty and will continue to use Royal Vent going forward!
