Mike did beautiful work, he walked me through the entire project and told me exactly what he was going to do before he did it. I loved all the details in the finished project! I highly recommend SOTAC!

Excellent work from Mike and his team. Very professional.

We would have loved to give them 5 stars, especially after meeting Mike. However, after our meeting, he said he would send us a quote by the weekend, in which was 4 days later. To our dismay, Mike never sent us his quote. We touched base with him after the weekend to see if maybe he misplaced our email and to check if he was okay? He did text us the next day and apologized and stated he would have the quote to us by the following day. We never received a quote or a follow up. I thought all went well. Maybe our 45k+ job was too small? Either way, valuable time was spent and lost. It was a very disappointing, discourteous and unprofessional experience.
