I had my dryer vents cleaned by another company prior to royal . Royal vent cleaning is next level service. Not only did they clean the Dryer Vent from the roof but they came inside and thoroughly cleaned the entire line from the dryer itself. They were precise , took their time and made sure they had everything removed from that line so that I don't have to be nervous about a fire. Also, at the end, the technician asked me for Windex and paper towels, and he wiped down my machine so that there would be no residue of dust.. I can't recommend Royal Cleaning enough and I'm so happy that I found them. . My entire family had their vents cleaned the same day and they were equally as happy. This company is a winner.

The gentlemen who serviced my unit were prompt, polite, professional and thorough. They notified me of what they found, thoroughly cleaned the vents and dryer, removed mold and sterilized the system. All was dine in a clean, efficient and timely manner. They were a pleasure to work with and the pricing was quite reasonable. I highly recommend Royal Vent Cleaning to service your home.

Have used them multiple times for my house for dryer vent and bathroom fans. Now at my nonagenarian Mother’s house too where the dryer vent had not been cleaned in who knows how long. Packed with lint. Use these guys. Avoid fires!!!

We had a fantastic experience with Royal Vent Cleaning. They were accommodating with our schedule, quick to respond to all of our questions, and the techs that came to our home did an amazing job. In addition the cost was reasonable! 5 start experience. I feel safer having taken care of this and my dryer is working much better too!

The people at Royal Vent Cleaning were very professional and honest regarding our needs. They were very flexible and easy to work with and did a fantastic job! It was a very easy process with very approachable customer service.

I wish I had called them sooner! I had family staying with me and the dryer was getting used more than usual, and clothes were still damp after a drying cycle. I spoke to Robin and she scheduled me for the next day. I’m glad I called when I did, as they found tons of lint in the unit and vent that hadn’t been cleaned in 8 years! I thought emptying the lint trap was sufficient, but the technician recommended having this cleaning done every 2 years for the safety and longevity of the house and unit.

While on the phone, I asked if I should have my HVAC vents cleaned as well. Robin walked me through a quick initial cleanliness check and assessed that duct cleaning wasn’t needed at this time. I greatly appreciated her honesty and will continue to use Royal Vent going forward!

I can breathe easier knowing I had Royal Vent Cleaning come in! They cleaned all my ducts/vents/returns/air handlers after a construction project (and probably the first time ever done in the house). The team was respectful, neat, clean, and even took the time to show me pictures of how the inside of things looked. They also cleaned the dryer vent - a must do for fire safety! Booking through Robin was a breeze and I’d happily recommend them to anyone in need of the service. I also appreciated the fact they were honest with me in terms of how often to utilize this service (I did my own research too)-so they didn’t try to scare me into using them more than truly necessary.

I have never had my dryer vents cleaned, I did not realize how important it was to have this done to prevent a fire, Royal Vent Cleaning treated my dryer like royalty! They were so professional and advised me to do the cleaning every 1-2 years. One worker cleaned inside and one outside, I could not believe how much lint I had.
