I hired Ral-Bar electrical contractor as part of a full restoration on my apartment about 2 years ago. They completed the work mostly in a satisfactory manner, but caused me almost a one month delay because they schedule too much work and then proceed to juggle you. While this cost me money, it did not infuriate me as much as the complete disregard when I tried to report an electrical problem I was experiencing about 3 weeks ago. I received no call back and no text message despite calling and texting Andrew, the owner, at least 5 times! I even called the office thinking maybe there was an issue with the Andrew's cellphone, or health, since it seemed incomprehensible that I would not even get one call back or message. The office confirmed that I had the correct cellphone and told me they would get a message to Andrew to call me. That was 3 weeks ago and still no contact. I spent almost $30K with this company and I couldn't even get a call back when an issue occurred less than 2 years after the work they did. Good luck if you plan on using them!
