I contacted Henry for an emergency electrical problem. He arrived almost immediately, and was able to diagnose and fix the issue on the spot at a very reasonable rate. Bonus points for providing clear explanations of the work being done. I’ll definitely be calling again for any future electrical needs.

Henry was open about the issues, and the possible solutions. He sent an itemized estimate which made it very clear about pricing. He explained everything in detail while working, always arrived on time, and went the extra mile to clean up after himself. Very happy with the work he did.

I highly recommend Victor. We had an electrical issue in our apartment that was impacting the lights. I called him at 9am, and he was here and working on it by lunchtime. He is knowledgable and professional and was able to fix the problem. Victor answered all of my questions and just was really nice to deal with. Victor installed multiple pendant lights on our ceiling and went above and beyond at delivering exactly what we wanted. We originally spoke to many different electricians but only Victor was able to grasp the whole picture of what we envisioned and delivered it seamlessly. Victor/One Source upgraded a panel, relocated a main supply line, and installed a Tesla charger at my place (all separate jobs). I’ve been completely satisfied with all of their work, and some of it was pretty complicated. Victor in particular is excellent. Pricing is always fair, they show up on time every day, and are available to answer my many annoying questions. I’ll be calling them again if I need anything.

Easily the best electrician I have ever worked with. Extremely clear and easy communication prior to the visit about the issues needing fixing as well as clear quotes. Victor and his team were extremely professional on site, and even returned days later to correct a small issue with an adjacent dimmer. They determined the issue with the dimmer was a previously existing problem and not a result of their previous work but still repaired it free of charge. Wildly upstanding, capable and great professionals who we will hire again and again.

Finding an electrician in an emergency can be very difficult. However, when I called Vic/One Source, he picked up my call immediately and was able to schedule a visit over to my house to fix an issue with my boiler. He patiently listened to all my questions and answered them respectfully and in layman's terms. He was a lifesaver! I'll definitely call Vic again when and if I need other electrical help.
