I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I scheduled a PTAC repair visit, but the technician told me multiple times on site that the issue was “not repairable” and did not perform any diagnosis or offer any solution. He also never mentioned he would speak with the company or provide follow-up options.

After I called their office, I was told I would receive an update, but I never heard back.
I was still charged the full visit fee even though no repair or actual service was performed.

I expected professional communication and a clear explanation, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive either. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
