Worse place in this world! Not enough employees to help around…and don’t even try calling in, no one answers the phone! It is embarrassing.

The staff in the garden section is so unfriendly. We had a plant with no price on it. Instead of asking an employee to find another plant with the price they would not let us buy it. Way to bring in that money!

Lovely home improvement store with an unparalleled bit and driver selection. On Tuesdays they have discounted mulch and cedar sales that are worth checking out.

They have really nice stuff. I choose all what I need. Guys who work there always know how to help.they have there everything! Even if u wanna finish ur room with some decorations u can buy flowers and wall decor. Very good place !

Why do none of your doors work?? I've walked up to like 5 different entrances to the store and the automatic door just won't open. There is like 1 functioning door. Selection is ok - but impossible to find someone to help you grab items on the higher shelves.

If you know what you want and/or need and do not need any sales people to help you then you are in the right spot. The prices are cheap, especially for the quality of the merchandise. Everything for your house including plants, pant, for your business. Are you going to build something? Good place to start. Large free parking lot

Over the years, I've come to expect very little in the way of help from the staff at Home Depot as it's part of the business model to under-staff a giant warehouse full of stuff. That said, this location is well-organized, generally, and the garden center is quite nice. Paint shop people are very truculent (probably overworked) but effective.

I searched online for mulch and according to the Home Depot in LIC they had several HUNDRED bags of different varieties available on site. I got in the car and drove a 1/2 hour only to be told there were none. Staffers were scratching their heads because their system said the mulch was there. Two employees went on a search but no luck. Weekend gardening project postponed. It was a frustrating shopping experience that leaves me doubting if I'll ever return. I search before I shop and old brick and mortar places like this need to get it together.

Update: Second year in a row noone helped with trees. Never coming again...

Nice tree selection and price but employees refused to help cut and wrap since closing was in 15 minutes. I asked the person to make an exception since after all it's a Christmas tree but he flatly said no. Home depot service has consistently gone down. Support local!

Store is actually well organized and fairly clean, but help is impossible to find for anything that is locked up. Electrical was paged 4 times to help me with no help coming.
