What a wonderful service The Plant Specialists completed on my Brooklyn front and back deck! After trying to have a green thumb and do it myself, spending thousands of dollers going to plant nurseries and paying delivery fees, (none of which survived more than a year) it was so refreshing to let The Plant Specialists come in and give me their complete expert opinion. They planted some beautiful trees and shrubs, weeded and fertilized plants I already had, and made some beautiful planters with a mixture of stunning foliage.The team were so professional and cleaned up while they worked, even vacuuming up throughout. We can not wait to work with Grahame and the team again come spring 2019 for some new fresh ideas on how to have a little slice of nature in this urban jungle.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the receptionist at Plant Specialist's. When I called about their services, she was incredibly rude from the start. She spoke to me in a condescending tone and seemed annoyed that I was calling. When I tried to explain my issue, she interrupted me several times and then, shockingly, hung up on me mid-sentence. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this business and will advise others to steer clear as well.

Just love the creativity and all the great advice we always get from Plant Specialist with our roof top as well as the greenery in our home. But more importantly, the level of service is extraordinary and they are always so fast to respond and react. Recently, we decided we wanted to change a plant in our home because we rearranged our furniture. They came up with a great alternative and was replace within 2 days. We have a terrace that we love to use year-round, and Plant Specialists has helped us with it for years. The team there has helped us with every aspect of it from decking to irrigation to containers to lighting to furniture to plant health -- and of course the overall design. (Our contribution is putting in the annuals -- and even there we usually need an assist!) There have also been times when they've come to the rescue because building roof repairs needed to be made -- or any of the countless things can come up in NYC apartment life. I can't recommend this company enough. Incredibly talented and caring people totally focused on delivering the best service to their customers.
