Horrible place. Don't go there. They charged me 69 dollars for twenty dollar part. If you need an appliance part they will over charge you.

Very Unprofessional, had problem with the company. I don't recommend any one use them think twice about. Hiring this company they are horrible.

I called, they had the part in stock.i picked it up at the door. Perfect experience during the quarantine.

They came when they were supposed to fixed the problem and it was done at a fair price... cant ask for more then that...

WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARSSSSS. CHARGED MY HUSBAND $90 TO TELL HIM TO CLEAN THE SOAP DISPENSER!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Said they will receive a part in a week and come back to fix.3 weeks went by not a phone call back.i called back and was told they will come in 3 days .another week goes by no phone call so i called back and got a very big attitude and screaming from the secretary and had to cancel my order they took the money for service ..never go there and beware place is a rip off

This place broke my dryer when moving it to fix washer and then didn't own up to it. When I called the owner he had massive attitude. I would never recommend them to anyone. Customer service is 0.

What a joke of a company. Paid just about 100 dollars for nothing to be done to my washer, I was given information I could easily google. Customer service needs help: lots of attitude, rude and quite frankly disappointing. I advice no one to do business with them.

Paid 20 plus dollars for a thermal fuse that price usually ranges between 2 to 8 bucks. ASK the price before purchasing anythig, leasson learned.

They charged me 90 dollars to do absolutely nothing. The receptionist had horrible customer service skills and was loudly screaming through the phone. Never doing business with them again and I hope no one does!

I've purchased parts a few times and today they gave me some good tips on repairing my refrigerator that saved me time and money. Just need to clean the coils...worked like charm. Thanks AFCO!

WARNING!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! Do not buy or use this company! My Mother bought an item her stove. It was the wrong size. They did not want to give her money back and did offer an exchange. In fact the lady threaten to call the cops on my MOM! Big Mistake! Do not use this dump!

Waking up with no ice machine, water or any light inside the fridge for no reason was not pleaseant wake up. Luckily found AFCO through word of mouth on oceanside mom's facebook page. They responded within a few hours to solve the issue, which was a circuit issue on a model that kitchen aid no longer makes. Thank you Roy for fixing our fridge and now we have ice.
