This Co. Triton Not only does an absolutely great job at cleaning your roof they are truly gentleman as well. Tom the owner explained every aspect of what my roof needed to make sure I knew what and how it would look like when he and his workers finished which was very helpful. I would definitely recommend his Co.

Triton cleaned both my fence and my home (vinyl siding). From the moment I first contacted them, they were very personable and professional. I was able to make an appointment easily with detailed contract information being shared via email for my review before making a final decision. In today's economy, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a reasonable quote for the work.
Communication was excellent prior to the service. They arrived on time and prepped the house (covered doorbells, air conditioners etc.). Everyone was friendly. And the before/after was better than I was hoping for. They did a fantastic job cleaning my fence and home. I highly recommend Triton and will use them again in the future.

Used Tommy in 2023 and again in 2024. Tommy and his team were excellent. He cleaned my home in Oceanside and they were extremely professional and thorough with their work. They take their time and really are great around your home. They did a soft wash of my house as well as cleaned my windows and screens and it looks great. Don't go anywhere else with your exterior cleaning, use Triton.

My experience with Triton could not have been any better. They cleaned the entire exterior of my house making it super clean. I stopped by when they were doing the work and Tommy told me that he had also cleaned my wooden lampost because he said it needed it. Who does that. Their responsiveness in getting me an estimate, pricing, prompt scheduling and workmanship were top shelf. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get great work done.

Tommy and his team were fantastic! A+ for customer service. Did what they said, when Tommy said they would do it. True professionals. Work was first rate and Tommy went above and beyond and threw in some extras that weren’t included in the contract to make sure I was satisfied with the entire job. No hidden fees or increased amounts once the work began. Made us feel like valued customers. Triton received additional work requests from neighbors after seeing the team’s work. This is a most professional company. I have had prior negative experiences with companies that render power washing services to residential units. I was very pleasantly pleased with the exemplary work product displayed by Triton's office staff and work crews. The team cleaned vinyl house siding, garage doors, a Trex deck and steps, a paver patio, brick pavers around an asphalt driveway, PVC front railings , a paver walkway and landing, and brick front steps. I appreciate that the work utilized the soft wash process to areas such as the house siding, Trex deck and steps, and PVC handrails and resulted in no damage at all. Tommy provided a detailed proposal for the requested work - the proposal clearly set forth each area that would be cleaned and the process that Triton would utilize for said area. The quoted charge for the entire job was most fair and appropriate for the work that needed to be performed. The work crew was very punctual, efficient, courteous, and it completed the work on time when the weather temperature touched 100 degrees. I would gladly recommend this company to other homeowners. In fact, my across-the-street neighbor intends to retain this company after he noticed the work performed and how the work team performed its work.

I have used Triton Cleaning for several years now. Tommy and his crew have cleaned everything from my roof to my deck and patio and everything in between. I am very vocal about what I want done and Tommy is patient and nonjudgmental. The job is done promptly and accurately. I’ve been known to add more work while the guys are busy here doing something else. They just keep on working until it’s done. Believe me, they are excellent cleaners and great to work with.
