I had Carefree install a ductless split AC system over 10 years ago. Last summer, it was struggling and I contacted them for assistance. As an engineer, I know equipment has limited lifespans and we agreed replacing the existing unit made sense economically.
The initial response time was quick and since I opted for a new unit, the service charge to inspect the old one was waived. The scheduled installation date came soon after and their team arrived on time, completing the new system without issues.
I'm impressed with Carefree's professionalism and reliability. They've done it again by installing my new AC system quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them - I've already hired them for a second installation when needed. Their pricing seemed fair to me, although I didn't shop around. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service and would recommend Carefree to anyone looking for a similar setup.

I recently had an exceptional experience with Carefree Air. My air conditioning unit stopped working during the sweltering summer, leaving my home unbearable. The urgency was paramount, given I have an infant at home. Ray and his team responded promptly, sending a technician to assess and fix my system as soon as possible.
The technician's professionalism and expertise were impressive, especially in a challenging situation. Unfortunately, my old unit had reached the end of its lifespan and required replacement. Despite this, the quote process was efficient, with a new system installed within just a few days.
The installation team was friendly and efficient, delivering excellent workmanship. Since the new system's installation, I've experienced no issues. Amanda and her office team were equally pleasant to deal with, making the overall experience seamless. Highly recommend Carefree Air – they truly deliver exceptional service!
