Electrical reviews in Mahopac, New York

Joe is professional, hardworking, pleasant, and creative.... he thinks outside the box. He listened carefully to my concerns, completed everything to perfection within my timeframe and it looks absolutely stunning! I will be contracting with him again for my next project!

Joe and his team were incredibly efficient and reliable. Will definitely use them for other projects.

County Electric has been my electrician for over 10 years and I couldn't be happier every time I use them. They do great work, do it the right way and are very dependable. Highly recommend them.

Wonderful workmanship! We highly recommend Joe for all of your electrical needs. He’s also very personable and reliable.

I have used County Electric many times and have found them to always be prompt, courteous, knowledgable and efficient. When I have had emergent situations they were always available to take care of the problem. This company is an absolute pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend them.

I hired Joe to do electrical work for me in my new home. Out of each and every contractor I brought in the best work was done by Joe, hands down! He ran a line from my main box and installed a panel in my basement. From there he ran electric out to my new pool. So my basement is wired for sound and my pool is good to go.

A few problems (not caused by Joe) occurred along the way. The trench was not dug correctly and then another issue with my heat pump not working correctly which caused Joe to return TWICE to finish his own work. No complaints and no extra charges, Joe absorbed the lost time himself and finished like a professional!

I cannot overstate how impressive his work is and how patient he is. I even hired him to go to my parent's place and do work for them. Now if I can refer him to my own parent's then I would refer him to anyone. To be honest I wouldn't use anyone else if I didn't have to, I am officially a lifelong customer of his.

Bottom Line: Joe isn't a home run, he's a GRAND SLAM!

Joe Caruso is my hero! He came to my rescue after the worst storm in decades tore the electrical wiring off my house. He is honest, prompt, reliable and professional. I highly recommend Joe for all your electrical needs!

Joe does great work. Very professional.

Joe is the BEST. He is reliable, hard working and honest. We ended up needing his services due to a storm but ended up having him do another job too. We will recommend him to everybody. :-)

I have known Joe for about 10 years now. He is very knowledgeable and skilled. His years of experience enables him to deal with many unusual situations with insight and success. I used his service from time to time. Every job he did for me was professional with good results. One time, he was on site to fix a old wire issue and noticed that my contractor for the kitchen renovation had installed a circuit breaker that was not the right fit (capacity over the required specification). He was able to fix it for me during the same trip, alleviating a potential fire hazard that I had not been aware of! Such is Joe as a professional electrician. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of a certified, service-oriented and reliable electrician.

Joe has been doing electrical work for me for years. He is professional, a pleasure to work with and knows his stuff. I would highly recommend if u want the job done right.

Joe is an excellent, professional and honest electrician. He recently upgraded the electric circuitry for the heating systems in my home and I find his work to be outstanding. He is reasonably priced, doesn’t attempt to do unnecessary work to inflate the charges and he works cleanly and efficiently. I would give him six stars if possible. Bravo!

I can’t recommend County Electric enough. Joe is knowledgeable, professional and does excellent quality work. He also leaves his workspace clean and tidy. As new homeowners we had lots of questions and he was patient, thorough and offered his opinions without bias. He’s completed multiple jobs for us now and we will absolutely be calling him for our next one!

The owner of the company,Joe Caruso and his employee came quickly when we had an electrical problem! They went over and above fixing our problems. They were professional in every capacity. They were such gentlemen. I would call them again in a flash next time we have an electrical problem. Thank you for your wonderful service. Debra Carbone

Very impressed Joe is a great guy with affordable prices. He didn’t try to upsell like other places and used high quality replacement parts on our thermostat. Very happy and Joe is a very nice man.

Joe quickly identified and fixed our electrical problem, and was even able to squeeze in an additional wiring job while he was here. We appreciate his deep knowledge and flexibility!

Our family has used Joe for our electrical work for years and he never disappoints. Always excellent work, always reliable, always great prices! He's knowledgeable, honest and gets the job done quickly and clean. Joe's the best! We highly recommend him for all your electrical needs!

Joe recently did some electrical work at my house, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Although it was a relatively small job, Joe took his time to ensure everything was done perfectly, including coordinating with ConEd. Joe is professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Joe and County Electric.

Joe Caruso is one of the most reliable, trustworthy and honorable of men. He knows his business inside and out. I had extensive work done at my house. After using two other electricians that couldn’t get the job done- someone recommended Joe. He took over the work seamlessly and got it all done with competence and efficiency. This was not a small job and i don’t think it would have been done correctly but for Joe’s expertise. I haven’t used another electrician since. On top of all this he is one of the nicest people you would want to meet. Beyond highly recommended. If you need an electrician, do yourself a favor and call Joe. The best!
