We just had our new A/C installed and Ardie and his team were absolutely wonderful. They took there time and made sure the job was done right and they left the place cleaner than it was when they got there. They have a customer for life as there professional attitudes are top notch.

Marco Lopez was the Bell Mechanical technician who came to my home to perform HVAC system maintenance. Marco was prompt, professional, personable, considerate, efficient and very respectful of my home and me. I understood in talking to Marco that he was recently hired by Bell. Marco is clearly a great catch for this company. I hope he continues to be my HVAC service technician in the future.

Steve B is a very efficient, technician who figured out why our hot water heater was not working. He knew what repair was needed and suggested a surge protector to prevent another power surge to the control panel.Bradford White overnighted the control panel to Bell. Unfortunately the service department claimed the part was not in their possession so we continued without hot water. After we confirmed with Bradford White that the part was shipped and received by Bell they sent another tech as Steve B was not available. The tech swapped out the control panel and installed a surge protector. 3 hours later we had error codes on the panel and no hot water. Bell sent Steve B out 2 days later and he was able to fix the problem. Bell is lucky to have Steve B.

Marco my technician was very knowledgeable and eased my concerns about noises my boiler was making. Came on time very friendly explained everything. I would highly recommend using Bell Mechanical

Jonathan T was amazing. He really explained what our issue was with our peerless boiler. His expertise and professionalism is A+ Highly recommended.

I had my annual heating maintenance performed, and a week later, when it got cold out, the heat on 2nd floor did not work (1st floor worked fine). Bell came back at no additional charge, and Collin quickly verified that the boiler was working, but there was air in the radiator pipes blocking the hot water circulation. He drained the pipes (not a drop of water on the floor) and removed the air blockage. He verified that the 2nd floor radiators got hot, cleaned up, and went to his next appointment. Professional, knowledgeable, and left everything working and clean. Thank you Collin!

Purchased/updated our furnaces for my business with Pack-Timco. Owned by the same company, Bell Mechanical sent their team for the installation. The team (Artie, George and Mario) showed up when expected, worked through the typical installation difficulties, made sure everything was clean and did a great job. Furnaces are in and running!

Ardi and Jonathan did a fantastic job installing our Mitsubishi heat pump today. They are perfectionists and very proud of the expert workmanship they perform. Ardi explained everything clearly and they did a great cleanup when they were finished. They really went the extra mile!

John the salesman & Artie and Jonathan, the two installers of our new Lennox ML 296 High Efficiency gas furnace , replacing our 23 year old 80 % efficient furnace, were a home run. Clean neat efficient and overall 5 out of 5 stars for the work completed. Now hoping to get 20 plus years out of this system as well. Don't hesitate to call, and have em all fix your HVAC issues.

Ardi, David, Jonathan and Kim were absolutely awesome! Ardi, David and Jonathan were a seamless team who explained everything step-by-step so we would understand what was going on, and didn’t leave until they made sure everything was working perfectly. Kim was a great salesperson! He worked with us to find a price we could afford. Everyone showed up right on time, first thing in the morning, worked all day, took care of everything that needed to be taken care of for the new air conditioning system, and cleaned everything up when they were finished.
This is the second air conditioning system they have installed, the first one was almost 20 years ago, and they have always been available if we needed them, but truly, we never had a problem. Arde and his team are the right guys for any job you might be needing.
