I usually don’t write reviews - called NY Plumber and Sewer for a backed up bathtub drain at night - They came promptly and got the job done quickly. I would recommend calling them for an emergency

I had an emergency and called New York Plumbing & Sewer Rooter and they responded right away. They were very professional, neat, and clean and handled the job from start finish in a timely matter.
I highly recommended.

Harris did a great job. He was on time, polite and respectful. Also, very neat and clean. When there was a snag in the installation he came up with a quick and perfect resolution. I would recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Elizabeth in the office graciously responded to our request for a next day early appointment to address our ceiling leak need.
Larry and Chris listened attentively to what we felt may have been the origin of the leak, and after using a hand held hot water detector and checking potential leak sources, they offered a sensible course of action.
What we anticipated to be a potential disastrous demo job, Chris and Larry saved our decorative ceiling beams and while working upstairs and downstairs, they opened up only a small hole in the ceiling sheet rock, diagnosed the problem, installed new pipe and corrected our issue with great success.
As we are older, Chris and Larry also helped move and put back pieces of heavy furniture, they covered the work area both upstairs and down and cleaned up afterward to the point that one would ever know work had been performed.
If that was not enough, both Chris and Larry had pleasant personalities and were patient with our laymen's limited knowledge of the origin of the problem.

Excellent service. I had a whole house water filtration system installed. Larry was very professional; a very clean and neat job done. I also had some repiping done for my water heater to fix some dodgy work done by Lowe’s on the original installation. You get what you pay for.. I definitely would recommend Charles Krull & Son and will use them for any future plumbing work.

Chris to the rescue once again, they were able to update a job that was done by another company and fixed my heating system!!!

I had a great experience. Harris was at my house about 1 and 1/2 hour after I called for service. He was very efficient as was his assistant. They were done within an hour, and my sinks are working great! Price was reasonable. Highly recommend Charles Krull Plumbing.

My first contact was with Chris when I called to make an appointment, and I knew right away that I would be using his company for my bathroom project. Larry and Cole installed a toilet, vanity and faucet in my bathroom, and did an excellent job. They were very professional and personable, and cleaned up very well after completion. I found their prices to be very reasonable. I recommend this company very highly and will be calling them again in the future.

I find Charles Krull and Son to be an excellent, reputable company. They have taken care of our heating and plumbing for years and I highly recommend them. Everyone I have dealt with are professional, courteous, and all of their techs are extremely neat and have never left a mess. I also like that a picture of the tech is texted to you when they are on their way so you know who arrives at your door. A big thanks to Elizabeth, Chris, Larry and Cole.

This was our first time using Krull and we are beyond happy with the service we received. Incredibly professional and responsive, despite our after-hours call and a snowstorm. Our plumber, Larry, and his assistant, Cole, were wonderful. Polite, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!

Service was not finished. They gave me a 2 hour window and end up coming 3 hours later. I don’t mind if they came late but not even an apology or a heads up that they could be running late. They knew about my shower but they said they didn’t have enough time to look at it. Maybe if you guys came on time you could have at least inspected what could have been wrong with it instead of assuming without even opening it up. Told me it could be the cartridge and told me to order the part. How do you even know what’s wrong without even inspecting it and then telling me to order a part when you yourself aren’t even sure yet? It’s amazing how they barely respond or get back to you after they receive payment.

Called Krull & Son for a leaky pipe. They were here within a couple of hours and fixed everything quicker thank I expected. Elizabeth was super helpful on the phone and the technicians, Angelo and Cole, were professional and very informative. Would def recommend
