Reviews of local pros in Malverne, New York

Lucas is reliable, friendly and efficient.
Here they are knowledgeable and they get the job done, quick and easy! Highly recommend!!!

Lucas is a professional, walked me through the whole process in easy terms, happy with electric box upgrade, and getting everything up to code.

Lucas installed a ceiling fan for us. He was very professional and fair with pricing. We have no problem with calling him again for any additional work!

5 Stars! Lucas & Enry are friendly, professional, and reliable. I hired them to replace my circuit breaker panel and outdoor conduit and meter pan. Thank you very much guys!

I replaced my main service panel as well as the supply side lines outside due to old water damage found inside my breakers. Because of their good expectations, there was no surprise for the day without power. They arrived on time 8am and finished the job not a minute past what I had been told. As a bonus, they even grouped my grounding wires near the meter pan outside. The conduit was strapped perfectly straight and exactly 3" apart.

Finally caved in to my wife’s request to install a backup standby generator and found Ava Electrical and Lucas on Angie’s list. They were highly rated and did not disappoint. Lucas was very responsive and friendly, just a pleasure to work with. Lucas took care of everything and made the whole process easy. Now if the power goes out, we won’t have any issues and most importantly, happy wife happy life.

I can’t recommend this company enough. Lucas and his assistant were on time, courteous, and did a phenomenal job. They went above and beyond and I’ll definitely be using them again!

I needed an emergency panel replacement. Lucas the owner was recommended by a friend who had the same problem . Lucas came by to estimate when he said he would. He gave me a fair price and did not take advantage of my situation. He showed up when he said he would. Work was clean, he did not leave a mess, and FULLY explained everything that was going on. I highly recommend AVA electrical

They upgraded my electrical panel and installed new bathroom exhaust fans. Lucas and Henry did a great job. I will definitely call them again for all my projects. They went beyond their duties. They followed Covid-19 safety precautions which made feel safe.

They were prompt and very professional from the estimate to the actual job . The work was completed on time and I was able to have my party at my home instead of at a restaurant

Ava ordered and installed a standby natural gas powered generator for the whole house. Work was professional, timely with excellent communications from initial visit to installation. Worked with town to ensure there were no issues with inspections. Have done additional work on outside lighting. Excellent company that is very accessible and fairly priced for small or large jobs. Recommend highly.

Great experience! Everything was done properly and efficiently for fan installation

AVA Electrical were very prompt in returning my messages when I first reached out. They also arrived on time, completed the work quickly, cleaned up when they were done, and were very courteous. Very professional!

They (Lucas and Henry) upgraded my electrical panel installed a generator switch, and installed new bathroom fans. They cleaned up after the work was done. The installation went smoothly. Henry explained how to set up the portable generator with our generator switch and even came back to do a step-by-step tutorial with us. I can not say enough how well the job was done. We have no idea what fans to get and Lucas went to Home Depot and got them for us. They really went out if their way to help us. I will definitely use them again.

Got this electrician from The Home Depot.I left a phone message with him and within 15 minutes, I received a call back. Set up an appt within 5 days of that call. An estimate was verbally given and agreed upon. Electrician arrived on time to the appt to install the ceiling fixture. The electrical box in the ceiling was wobbly and he took the time to anchor it properly. He did a beautiful installation. He was calm, pleasant and very capable. I am so pleased with his service and character. I would recommend this business to everyone.

AVA installed a new Briggs and Stratton Generator for us and we couldn’t be happier! All the permits and inspections were taken care of by them and the work was done immaculately! So happy with our choice!

Did such an amazing job, will definitely use again and I strongly recommend him for any electric work you need done

The technician was wonderful. He continued to search for the problem . Thank you for sending someone so attentive to my needs.

Professional, punctual, and top-notch work. The team at AVA Electrical & Lighting Services handled everything with precision and left the site spotless. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable electrical expertise and clean installations.

We recently bought a house that had a Briggs and Stratton Whole House generator that hadn't worked in at least 5 years. They came top assess it and found that it needed a battery and two fuses. They made two runs to get the necessary parts and did a trial power outage and the unit worked fine. Excellent response, work and completeness. Will use them again
