We’ve used Cleaning Authority for a couple of years now and have been very pleased. They have a system in place where after a general cleaning they rotate deep cleaning of different areas of the house. More importantly, it is all done under the owner’s supervision, not mine. I can go about my day knowing that the house will be clean when I return. If I have any specific requests other than the usual cleaning, I send a message and it is taken care of promptly during their next visit.

I am thrilled with the move in clean I had today with Norma, Veronica, and Claudia. The house was in need of a serious cleaning, and they went above and beyond. They were professional, thorough, and very efficient. The house was spotless when they left!

The cleaning team of Evelyn and Luz were fantastic!! They cleaned my father-in-law’s home which was in desperate need of a deep cleaning. We were all thrilled with the outcome and recommend them very highly. The Cleaning Authority is top-notch!

We have used The Cleaning Authority for nearly a year now. We are very satisfied. They come on time, work efficiently and do a very good job. Further, we appreciate their flexibility in suspending service while we are on trips. Their owners are hands on, coming to inspect from time to time, and they are easily accessible. I used The Cleaning Authority after using two pretty disappointing cleaning services. I am so impressed with their work today! In just two hours, Elsa and Norma did an incredible job. I am noticing what detail they went into as I walk through my house today - from thoroughly cleaning countertops, to completely cleaning the shower and oven, I will definitely be using them again.

I've had this cleaning service for many months. The best housekeeper on staff is Evelin. Yesterday, she worked with a new woman, Nancy. My house was thoroughly cleaned. Evelin always pays attention to detail and moves articles to clean under them not just around them. I have 3 pets and when she finishes, my house is spotless. The best. Nancy, although unfamiliar with my house did a great job on the bathrooms. They actually think and aren't robotic. They left the bathrooms and the bed made in pristine condition. Jorma, the owner is responsive and reminds me every week what to expect. I'd like to have Evelin steadily if possible because the difference is noticeable when she's not the one who cleans.

Our cleaning person changed jobs during the pandemic so our house really needed a good clean after all these months. I was so happy with Team 5 Maria and Claudia today. I have been very satisfied with the Cleaning Authority. They have been attending to my home for many months now on alternating weeks. They are prompt and reliable. Over the many years I have had different sorts cleaning my home. The CA performs efficiently and accepts advice and requests cheerfully. And they follow through successfully. So they are accommodating. The owner often checks in during the cleaning session and we appreciate that. My wife likes that a printed list is always left behind describing the emphasis for the next visit. You see clean after they finish. If you are looking they are surely worth a try.

Nancy and Brenda arrived on time with friendly smiles and a positive attitude! Although my house was already neat, they deep cleaned baseboards, window sills, high shelves and corners of the rooms and closets that had been overlooked. My bathroom floors are sparkling clean! I am thrilled to have them returning to keep my house looking its best!
